Why join the IN (Instant Navigation) Publisher Network?
To earn additional revenue from your web site, parked domain, toolbar or desktop contextual software.

What is Instant Navigation?
IN is a cost-per-view (CPV) network. Our site delivery system is based on keywords and is comprised of advertisers' display URLs, ranked by their bid on the keyword at a given point in time. We deliver an advertiser's web site at the instant a user is searching for a bidded keyword. See a demonstration in the top right box of this page. Rankings are dynamic and change as frequently as new and existing advertisers update their bids.

Are there any fees associated with joining the IN Publisher Network?
No. You join and remain an affiliate for free.

Are there are any dues, renewal fees or minimums to be an affiliate of the IN Publisher Network?
No. You maintain your membership as an affiliate in our network for free.

How do I earn commissions from Instant Navigation?
When consumers are searching by keyword on your site or through your toolbar or desktop software, we will help you display an advertiser's web site who bid on that keyword. The web site must be displayed in a fully functioning browser window that is at least 600x600 pixels in size. Delivery may be inline or through pop-over.

How much can I earn?
You can earn up to a 50% revenue share of the CPV (cost per view) paid by the advertiser. We do not cap the amount of commission you can earn each month. The more valid views you deliver, the more your total earnings add up.

When and how do I get paid?
We pay monthly on a Net 45 based on activity by calendar month. After the month is completed, we total up the amounts of gross and valid views, recheck validation, review validation with our advertisers, and then submit commissions earned to our Accounts Payable department. If you earn at least $50 in commissions on valid views during the calendar month, then we will issue you a check for the commission amount earned that month. If you earn less than $50 in commissions, then we will hold the amount and add it to future commissions. Once your held and earned commissions total to at least $50, we will issue you a check during the payment cycle.

Do I have to join to be able to earn commissions from Instant Navigation?
Yes. The IN Publisher Network is a part of the BrainFox Affiliate Network content distribution program. After receiving approval to join the IN Publisher Network, you can begin using our specified Instant Navigation to display full web sites from advertisers. You earn CPV (cost per view) commission for this distribution.

How do I join the IN Publisher Network?
Fill out an application here. We will then review your application and reach out to you within two business days to better understand your business and to maximize the revenue opportunity. Once approved, you are in the Network and we will send you Instant Navigation links with your tracking codes for you to use for inline delivery or pop-overs with our advertisers. Once you get this up and running, you can start earning commissions with our program.

Why am I sent to BrainFox to open and manage my Instant Navigation account? How and why are Instant Navigation and BrainFox involved?
Instant Navigation and BrainFox are both owned by 360i and share some technology and interfaces for both publishers and advertisers.

Can I take over the active browser window with the Instant Navigation content?
Yes if (a) you own and operate the content in the active browser window; or (b) you are replacing a 404 error. We do not condone "hijacking" or other means for taking over the active browser window from third parties.

Can I deliver Instant Navigation content through pop-unders?
No. We have found that this generally does not deliver enough value to our advertisers. Delivery should either be inline or through fully-functioning browser window pop-ups that are at least 600x600.

Can I deliver Instant Navigation content through email?
All email deliveries must be reviewed with the Instant Navigation team to ensure that they meet Instant Navigation standards, advertisers needs, and are commissionable. You are fully responsible for can-spam and legal compliance related to sending email.

If I want to deliver Instant Navigation and BrainFox content, then can I do it through one account?
No. You must have different accounts for each product. Each product contains different content for distribution and different linking code. The Instant Navigation account must have a unique username that ends in _tk. The BrainFox account can have any, unique username.

Can I use one account and switch between Instant Navigation and BrainFox?
No. Each must have distinct and separate accounts. Each product contains different content for distribution and different linking code. The Instant Navigation account must have a unique username that ends in _tk. The BrainFox account can have any, unique username.

Can I use the same account for multiple websites or my own distribution partners?
Yes, provide you are approved to be a 'SuperAffiliate.' You will need to track for your sites or downstream partners yourself, or you will need to open up separate accounts for each if you would like us to track it.

Can I reward my visitors for searching that initiates an Instant Navigation delivery?
No. Rewarded or incent-driven searching or clicking is not considered to be a valid, commission earning operation. This would not be delivering value to our advertisers.

Do you require tax forms?
Yes. We can only issue payments if we have your tax payer information (W-9 for US publishers and W-8 for foreign publishers, both available at www.irs.gov). Our Finance Department contacts publishers by mail to gather this information. These forms can also be faxed to us at 646-223-1255, ATTN: Instant Navigation Finance Department. If we do not have this information on file, then we are required by law to hold your payment(s) until we receive it.

Can I use Paypal to receive my commissions?
Yes. This option is available in the sign up process. Tax forms will also need to be sent in to receive payments via PayPal as well.

What is the minimum number of visitors to my site that I must have in order to be an IN Publisher?
There is no minimum. We welcome all potential partners. Click here to go to the publisher application.

How do I get reports?
Login to http://affiliate.brainfox.com/login.htm to get into the affiliate interface. Please remember, Instant Navigation shares this interface with BrainFox. This will bring you to the welcome page where you will see tabs at the top to access reports, links, training information, and your contact information (please keep this up to date so that we can always reach you). If you click on the "View Reports" tab, then you will be given a quick view of estimated statistics (you can set any date range).

Can I promote the program through email?
Yes. However you may not spam or send unsolicited commercial emails (UCE). We have a zero tolerance for spam or UCEs and will terminate your affiliate membership in the Network.

I live/work in a foreign country and deliver foreign visitors; can I still become a member of the IN Publisher Network?
Yes, but realize that all of IN's content is in English and most of our advertisers prefer US traffic. Your web site and applications must be in English. We will not approve an application if we believe that it will not meet this criterion.
